Clients are also responsible for securing venue filming permits and ensuring that speakers and attendees have consented to be filmed. Deliverables and Technical Formats

The final delivery consists of high-definition MP4 files. Depending on your needs, we provide the full-length archival recording and a condensed 1-to-3 minute highlight reel designed for maximum engagement. While the standard aspect ratio is 16:9, we can provide resizes for vertical (9:16) or square (1:1) formats for social media platforms.

We integrate professional subtitles and motion graphics to emphasize key points of the presentation. Furthermore, we provide data security by archiving your project files for up to 6 months in our system, ensuring you have a backup should your local copies be lost.

Timeline and Delivery Schedule

The average delivery window for event filming is 14 to 21 days following the event. We provide a "first cut" (rough draft) within 7 days for your review. This allows you to verify the flow and content before we proceed to the final polish and color grading.

For clients requiring immediate turnaround for press releases or social media "breaking news," we can discuss expedited delivery options. Please note that a minimum editing period is required to maintain our quality standards and ensure technical precision.

What is NOT included

Please be advised that drone cinematography is not offered. Due to strict safety regulations and licensing requirements in Japan, we do not provide aerial filming. Additionally, if the venue has extreme lighting deficiencies, additional lighting equipment may be required, which could incur extra costs.

Commercial music licensing fees are the responsibility of the client. We can provide royalty-free tracks from our library; however, if a specific commercial track is requested, the client must handle the legal licensing and rights clearances.

Pricing and Consumption Tax

Our pricing is based on a fixed-rate plan depending on the number of filming days and the volume of editing. In accordance with Japanese law, we list both the price excluding tax and the final price including the 10% Consumption Tax (消費税). For B2B transactions, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
