4. Pricing and Payment Methods

Prices are as listed on the Services page. A consumption tax (消費税) of 10% is added to the listed prices.

Payment Method: Bank transfer (Invoice payment).

For B2B transactions, the payment deadline is generally within 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Please refer to the Payment Provisions in the Terms of Service for more details.

5. Delivery and Timeline

The delivery date of the final production is the date agreed upon in the individual order form or contract. The average delivery time is 14 to 21 days.

As a standard, the first draft is provided within 7 days of agreement, and final delivery is completed within a maximum of 14 days, including the revision period.

6. Returns and Cancellation Policy

Since the services provided by our company are custom-made digital content productions, we cannot accept returns or refunds after the final delivery has been made.

Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled filming date. For cancellations or changes made after this period, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the Cancellation Policy in the Terms of Service.
