Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms apply to all transactions between the Company and the Client regarding video production. Matters not specified herein shall be governed by the Civil Code and Commercial Code of Japan, as well as the Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act).

2. Application and Booking

Clients shall apply for the Service via the official contact form or email. A contract is established once the Company accepts the application and issues a formal quote. The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are presented inclusive of the 10% consumption tax (消費税). Detailed pricing can be found on our Services page.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit: 50% of the total project cost is due upon booking confirmation.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due immediately following the final delivery of the video.
• B2B Payments: For corporate clients, the payment deadline is 30 days from the date of the invoice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Changes to the filming schedule are accepted free of charge if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Changes or cancellations made after this period may incur additional fees.

In the event of a unilateral contract termination by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to the Legal Notice regarding returns and cancellations for further details.

5. Production Process and Revisions

The Company adheres to the following production timeline:

• First Draft (Rough Cut): Delivered generally within 7 days after filming is completed.
• Final Delivery: Completed generally within 14 days following the review of the first draft and subsequent edits.

The Company provides up to 2 rounds of edits free of charge. Third and subsequent rounds, or major changes to the structure (such as concept changes after filming), will be subject to additional charges.

6. Copyright and Ownership

Copyright for the produced video remains with the Company. However, upon full payment of all fees, the Company grants the Client a license to use the video for its intended purposes (website, SNS, internal events, etc.).

Licenses for third-party materials (BGM, stock footage) depend on the specific license provided. Materials provided by the Client remain the property of the Client. The Client is responsible for obtaining signed image rights release forms from all appearing persons.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall exercise due professional care; however, it shall not be held liable for delivery delays or the inability to film due to force majeure (natural disasters, unexpected equipment failure, etc.). In such cases, the Company will coordinate a new date or refund actual expenses incurred.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Naka-ku, Nagoya City, as the court of first instance.
