Book Your Session

An interview video is more than a simple transmission of information. The gaze of the speaker, the subtle shift in facial expression, and the tone of voice—when these elements align, the viewer perceives authenticity, reliability, and humanity. At Kleigmeshid, our primary goal is to create an environment where subjects feel relaxed and can speak their mind naturally.

Our studio spans 65m² and is fully equipped with a horizon wall and chroma key capabilities. This allows us to construct the ideal visual backdrop for your corporate branding, ranging from a clean, minimalist aesthetic to a green screen for flexible post-production backgrounds. Utilizing 4K cinema cameras and professional lighting sets, we achieve a cinematic depth that elevates the perceived value of your message.

The Studio Interview Process

01

Pre-Production & Structuring

We define the purpose of the video, the target audience, and the core message. We organize the question list and develop a structured outline to guide the conversation naturally toward the desired answers.

02

Set Design & Lighting

Lighting is adjusted to match the impression of the subject. Whether it is sharp light for authority or soft light for approachability, we design the lighting and camera angles with precision.

03

Principal Photography

Our producer leads the session in a conversational format to draw out natural expressions. We use a multi-camera setup to ensure a variety of cuts and angles for a dynamic final edit.

04

Editing & Color Grading

We remove unnecessary pauses and edit the footage into a compelling narrative. Professional color grading is applied to ensure skin tones are natural and the overall mood is sophisticated.

Who Is This Service For?

This service is ideal for business owners, experts, and executives who need to visually communicate reliability and authority. Typical applications include CEO vision messages, expert commentary videos for legal or medical professionals, or introductory profile videos for online educational courses.

Additionally, it is highly effective for recruitment videos featuring employee testimonials or case study videos where customer interviews provide social proof. Any scenario where a human voice increases the persuasiveness of the content can benefit from our studio setup.

Our Approach to Studio Filming

Every session begins with an ice-breaker to ease the subject's tension. When people are too conscious of the camera, their speech often becomes stiff. We prioritize a dialogue-driven approach, drawing out a speaking style that feels like a natural extension of a real conversation.

We are equally obsessed with audio quality. Even the most beautiful image is undermined by poor sound, which creates stress for the viewer and erodes trust. We utilize high-end lapel and shotgun microphones in tandem, minimizing studio reverberation to ensure crystal-clear voice recording.

What to Prepare for Your Session

To ensure a smooth production, we ask our clients to prepare the following:

  • Wardrobe Selection: Please choose colors that do not blend into the background (avoid pure white or green). We recommend solid colors or simple patterns, as fine stripes or checks can cause moiré (visual flickering) on camera.
  • Key Talking Points: You do not need a full script, but a list of keywords or main points you wish to cover for each question will make the filming process significantly more efficient.
  • Brand Assets: Please provide your company logo in high resolution (AI or transparent PNG) for the closing sequence.

Deliverables and Formats

Once filming and editing are complete, we deliver the following assets:

  • Main Video: High-definition MP4 format (16:9 aspect ratio).
  • Social Media Cut-downs: Upon request, we can extract key highlights into short-form videos (9:16 or 1:1) for platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
  • Subtitles: We insert full or summarized captions so that viewers can understand the content even with the sound turned off.
  • Thumbnail Images: High-quality stills extracted from selected frames to be used for YouTube or website headers.

Timeline and Scheduling

Our standard production timeline is as follows:

Within approximately 7 days after filming, we provide the First Draft (rough cut). At this stage, you review the content and provide feedback. After final adjustments—including color grading and caption refining—the final delivery is completed within a maximum of 14 days. Urgent requests can be discussed separately.

What Is Not Included

The following items are not part of the basic plan and are available as optional add-ons:

  • External Location Filming: Filming outside the studio is handled under our Event Filming or on-site production rates.
  • Advanced CG & Animation: Complex 3D graphics or motion design are quoted separately.
  • Professional Scriptwriting: While we provide a structural outline, word-for-word copywriting by a professional writer is not included.
  • Long-term Archiving: We store raw footage for 6 months after delivery. Extended storage or the provision of RAW files requires a separate agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical filming session take?

A half-day basic plan covers up to 4 hours. This typically includes 1 hour for setup and preparation, 2 to 3 hours of actual interviewing, and 30 minutes for wrap-up. If you have multiple subjects, we can provide a custom quote for a full-day session.

What should I wear for the interview?

Clothing that aligns with your corporate image is best. However, if the background is white or grey, please avoid similar colors as you may blend into the set. We also recommend avoiding very fine checks or stripes to prevent moiré noise in the video.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

We offer up to 2 rounds of free revisions after the first draft is submitted. Please note that significant structural changes or requests for re-filming due to script changes after the shoot will incur additional costs.

Can you remove mistakes or filler words from the speech?

Yes, absolutely. During the editing phase, we remove stutters, filler words, and awkward pauses to create a smooth, professional flow. Please feel free to relax and speak naturally during the recording.
