What We Need from You
To ensure a smooth production workflow, we request the following cooperation from our clients.
First, we ask you to share your company's "strengths" and "weaknesses" honestly. Rather than showing only a perfect facade, showing a sincere and human side makes it easier for viewers to empathize and trust your brand. Additionally, please share any internal documents or existing brochures that can help us understand your brand voice.
On the day of filming, we ask for your help in coordinating the schedules of the employees appearing in the video. It is also essential to provide a list of restricted areas within your office or equipment that must not be filmed for confidentiality reasons. While we act as professionals, the final internal verification of the footage remains the client's responsibility.

The completed video is delivered in the most optimal formats depending on your intended use:
- Main Feature: MP4 format (H.264), 16:9 widescreen. Optimized for websites and YouTube.
- Social Media Cuts: Upon request, we provide shortened versions in 1:1 or 9:16 formats for Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.

Timeline and Scheduling
The average delivery time for a corporate video is 14 to 21 days from planning to final delivery. However, this may vary depending on the availability of participants and location permits.
The first draft (rough cut) is typically submitted within 7 days after filming. We then provide up to two rounds of revisions to finalize the quality. While we can discuss urgent projects, we recommend allowing sufficient editing time to maintain our professional standards.
What is NOT Included
The following items are not included in the basic plans and will be quoted separately:
- Drone Filming: For reasons of aviation law compliance and safety management, we do not provide aerial drone filming.
- Advanced CG/3D Production: Our focus is on live-action production. Complex 3D modeling is outsourced to specialized partners.
- Professional Models/Talent: We primarily film your own employees. Hiring professional models incurs additional costs.
- Premium Stock Assets: While standard BGM is included, high-cost licensed stock footage is billed at cost.
Pricing and Consumption Tax
Pricing varies based on the scale of production. The following prices are package rates including planning, filming, and editing. In accordance with Japanese law, a consumption tax (消費税) of 10% is added to the base price.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long should the corporate video be?
Generally, corporate videos between 2 and 3 minutes have the highest viewer retention rate. Depending on your goal, we often suggest a combination of a 1-minute digest version and a 5-minute detailed version.
What if my employees are not experienced in front of the camera?
That is perfectly fine. Based on our experience with many Japanese companies, we use interview techniques that ease tension and help people speak naturally according to the script.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
We include up to two rounds of revisions after the first draft is submitted. Significant changes to the structure or requests for additional filming after the shoot will be quoted separately.
Who owns the music copyrights?
If you use the licensed music provided by us, the usage rights belong to your company after delivery. If you request a specific commercial artist's track, the client is responsible for handling the licensing rights.
